What I can do to ensure the benefits of the ocean in the future.

I learnt how important the ocean is and how it supplies us with oxygen and water. A really amazing fact I learnt was that half of the world's oxygen comes from the ocean. This is why we need to make sure we protect it. The ocean is also home to a lot of different animals. On the weekend, I went to the beach and I found this starfish when I was exploring the rock pools. However, I also found a lot of rubbish on the beach. When I go to the beach I always make sure I pick up my rubbish. From now on I am also going to pick up any other rubbish I see lying around and put it in the bin.
